Your card will only be charged when your cleaning crew arrives and conducts a brief walkthrough of your home. This walkthrough helps ensure that the size and condition of your home matches the information submitted in your online order. Once your card is charged, a receipt will be sent to you via email for your records. Note that in order to verify the validity of your form of payment, a temporary hold in the amount of the cleaning, will be placed on the card the night before your appointment. This hold is NOT a charge and usually falls off within 24 hours.
